Banana Pancakes from TM JARKA

A breakfast that smells like comfort and gives you energy! These pancakes are soft, aromatic, and take only about 10 minutes to prepare. The main secret is a ripe banana, which makes them naturally sweet and healthy.

You will need:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 egg

  • 3–4 tbsp TM JARKA flour

  • 2–3 tbsp milk

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • a little oil for frying

Step 1. Prepare the banana.

Peel the banana and mash it with a fork into a puree.

Step 2. Mix the batter.

Add the egg, milk, TM JARKA flour and baking powder, then mix until smooth..

Step 3. Frying.

Heat a pan and lightly grease it with oil. Spoon the batter in small portions — about 1 spoon each.

Step 4. Cooking.

Fry for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
